Thomas the Tank Engine ...
Is a hit with young and old alike. My brother-in-law Lyle made Thomas from an old lawn mower. My sister MaryLou carved and painted his face. They did an awesome job on him. Here's the picture I promised, Thanks to Connie. : )
Thanks Evelyn , for the great comment about our Thomas. He took us two years to make. Guess it was worth all the hard work. The whole family just loved him.His face got very dirty from everyone loving him, hee, hee
I am 63 years old and was diagnosed with multiple myeloma on Feb 15,2005 at age 57. I was undergoing an autologous stem cell transplant.(SCT) I had my stem cells harvested in May 06 but due to complications I did not, nor do I plan to have the transplant. Added note: NEVER say NEVER; I am going to complete my sct starting Feb 15th 2011.
I worked as a RN until going on disability in Dec. 04.
I am the one with black top on. I am with my sisters Sylvia & MaryLou
